Abstract
Nowadays, tourism has been one of important things in our life. Several facts appropriate with it, such as tourism as one aspect of local or national incomes, many tourism applications offered and embedded in technologies used by individuals or more, tourism being a topic of media talks (as media content) by mainstream or alternative media, and others. Unfortunately, there are many alternative potential places undeveloped in Indonesia, such as what have been happening in West Java (e.g. Curug Leuwi Hejo Sentul and Talaga Biru Cisoka). This research tried to seek and explore strategic communication which has been implemented and developed by the management and also looking into visitors’/tourists’ opinion about them, as an inseparately of sustainable tourism development.
