Abstract

Women entrepreneurs, especially housewives, have the potential to drive the national economy through Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The motivation of married women to work is increasing. Support for the development of MSMEs and the empowerment of women means that MSMEs managed by housewives must be better directed. Currently, housewife-managed MSMEs tend to be unstructured and less than optimal, particularly in business management and marketing strategies. One such MSME facing challenges with promotional marketing and online marketing platforms is the community-based MSME, "Dapur Momy Kean", located in Jatimulya Housing, South Tambun, Bekasi. "Dapur Momy Kean" produces a variety of home-cooked foods. Therefore, the aim of this service activity is to increase sales of "Dapur Momy Kean" products by assisting with marketing strategies, particularly in making banners, thank you cards, and digital marketing accounts on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This service uses training, socialization, and educational assistance methods for the head of the "Dapur Momy Kean" business. The results of the service activities include clear task management among members, the creation of digital and manual promotional media in the form of banners and thank you cards, and the establishment of an online shop on the Shopee e-commerce platform. The conclusion from the results of this service activity is that the partner, in this case "Dapur Momy Kean", has been greatly assisted by the program for making banners, thank you cards, and a Shopee online store. These programs are expected to increase sales in a broader scope, not only in the Jatimulya Housing area, Bekasi.
