Abstract
This project aims to optimize Hydraulic Servo Parameters for semi-solid metal forging machine using Aerotech a3200 motion controller software, and to optimize KP and KI parameter to reduct (minimize) error position. The result shows that the performance and response of hydraulic system for position control is best when the presure of the hydraulic oil is 135 bar compared with low pressure 70 bar.
