Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gejala layu Fusarium dan pola ekspresi awal kelompok gen Pathogenesis Related setelah diinduki patoge Foc. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2015 hingga Agustus 2016 yang bertempat di laboratorium mikrobiologi dan rumah kaca Universitas Al-Azhar Indonesia serta laboratorium Bio Molekuler PT Astra Agro Lestari, Kalimantan Tengah.
