Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of income level, margin level, and religiosity on interest in Sharia mortgage financing in the millennial generation of South Tangerang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were obtained from the millennial generation in South Tangerang City with a total of 100 samples. The results of this study partially show that the income level variable has no significant effect on the interest in Sharia mortgage financing in the millennial generation of South Tangerang City, while the margin level and religiosity variables have a significant effect on the interest in Sharia KPR financing in the millennial generation of South Tangerang City. Income level, margin level, and religiosity simultaneously or jointly influence the interest in sharia mortgage financing in the millennial generation of South Tangerang City by 74% and the other 26% are influenced by other variables outside of this study. The implications of this research are expected to be taken into consideration for Islamic banks to set strategies to increase the millennial generation interest in Islamic mortgage financing.
