Abstract
With the advancement of educational technology and digital tools, Indonesia has achieved long-term development in the fields of science and technology, education, society, and culture. As far as education is concerned, during the epidemic prevention and control period, many schools and educational institutions have started the online distance teaching mode. After the outbreak of the epidemic in March 2020, most schools in Indonesia have switched to online classes, and remote online teaching has attracted more attention from the Indonesian education community. This article discusses the issue of remote Chinese teachers in Indonesia under the background of digitalization, in terms of the ability and quality that distance Chinese teachers should have, teaching research and training, and evaluation of teaching results, combined with the current situation of Indonesian Chinese teaching
