Abstract

One of the housing financing, especially for people with low incomes is through the implementation of the People's Housing Savings (Tapera). Legal protection for participants in the implementation of Public Housing Savings is the matter studied in this paper and is expected to provide input or contributions related to the regulation and implementation of the implementation of public housing savings so that it is hoped that efforts to fulfill housing needs, especially for low-income people can be met through the implementation of public housing savings. The type of research used in this thesis is normative legal research, the approach used is the legal approach. This research is descriptive, the data in this study is secondary data (library study) and the analysis method used is interpretation or interpretation.
