Abstract
The school program is a series of activities designed to run a vision and mission in the process of changing attitudes and behaviors of students and to achieve school goals. In achieving school, goals require parental involvement, parental involvement in children's education is necessary especially for the school because after all the school cannot stand alone, because schools and parents are a unity in an educational process. Based on that, the researcher is interested to know how the parent involvement in the school program in TK Raudlatul Azhar. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach and data collection technique using observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of this study can be seen the effort of the school in involving parents in the school program is to establish cooperation with parent committees through POM (Parent Association of Students). The school can involve parents in school programs of various types, but the more widely applied type is the volunteer type. The inhibiting factors are time and funds while the supporting factor is the awareness of the parents and the school will be their involvement in child development education.
