Abstract

Vibration meter is one of the supporting tools in the industrial world, especially in the world of occupational health and safety. The use of this tool is to detect the level of vibration that is received by humans when using certain tools that will cause dangerous vibration moments. The exposure was analyzed for vibration escalation by matching it with existing standards at the Ministry of Health or ISO. This causes researchers to conduct research on the design and development of hand arm vibration meters and use the House of Quality method by considering the functional entity of the tool using Garvin dimensions. In the development of the tool using benchmarking data from 3 competitors, namely vibration meters that have been sold in the market. The next step is to look at the customer competitive assistant table to see a comparison chart obtained from the prepared expert. From this data, it can be seen that the position of the product designed with the competitors in mind. The next stage is to see the specifications through the technical competitive assistant, namely the position of product specifications designed by using a comparison of positions on competitors. Next, the cover design using 3D printing using Autodesk Inventor software by first measuring the existing PCB.
