Abstract
The aim of this research is to study the morphological adaptation of red cultivar C. indica when grown under different light growing conditions; and to obtain the nucleotides sequences of PHYA, ACT2, and GADPH. The result shows that the red cultivar C. indica L. showed morphological adaptations closely similar to shade tolerance rather than shade violence.
