Abstract

The aim of this research is to see the effect of efficiency and risk management on the sustainability reports of non-bank financial institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Since 2015, the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) enacted regulations for non-bank financial institutions reporting risk management in annual reports. Therefor, this reasearch would like to prove whether there is an effect of risk management and efficiency on the sustainability of the company. Using the whole non-bank financial institution in Indonesia stock exchange, this research found that the efficiency and risk management based on OJK regulation have a significant effect to the sustainability of NBFI business. If using the risk management report variables disclosed by the company, this study also incurs significant results.
