Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the influence of emotional intelligence and learning behavior toward student stress students partially and together. This research is a survey research conducted on the final semester students majoring in Management Mayjen Sungkono University Mojokerto. Sampling sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling, that is researcher take random population member encountered by researcher. Sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling, that is researcher take random population member encountered by researcher., take randomly populated members encountered by researchers. Types of qualitative and quantitative data. Data source uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study. Test used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results of the research note that there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on stress students final semester majoring in Management Mayjen Sungkono University Mojokerto. There is a significant influence of learning behavior toward student stress of the final semester of Management majoring in Management Mayjen Sungkono University Mojokerto., Variables of emotional intelligence and learning behavior together have influence to stress lecture equal to 59,9%, while the remaining 40.1% is influenced by other variables that are not in the linear regression model, or other variables that are not researched so that the hypothesis can be proven
