Abstract

Indonesia is an agrarian society where 35.86% of Indonesia in the field of agriculture has jobs as well as plantations. In order to get the results of agriculture and plantations that well needed care such as providing the fertilizer on a regular basis. One type of fertilizer used was urea fertilizer containing nutrient elements that are essential forplants. PT. ABC, which is a Government-owned company that is a State Owned Enterprises as well as the obligation to meet the needs of farmers for procurement of fertilizer, while in terms of determining the profits to be achieved, PT ABC are influenced by Government policies are set and the selling price of fertilizer based on the market price. One of the ways that you can use to generate more profit is doing minimize the production cost be doing inventory in a warehouse setting thus reducing one of the production costs, the cost of supplies.
