Abstract

Analysis of the Implementation of the Excellent Performance Model in the Human Capital Aspect at the Ministry of Finance and Institutions LAZ Rumah Amal: This journal article aims to find out how the implementation of the Excellent Performance Model in the human capital aspect in the Ministry of Finance and Institutions at LAZ Rumah Amal has an important influence on how the role human resources capable of providing increased and effective performance in the managerial activities of a company or institution. So that later the results of writing this journal article can become a framework or model for all Amil Zakat Institutions in Indonesia. This journal was compiled using a descriptive qualitative approach using an analysis of literature studies and information from interviews on research results. The results of the analysis of this journal conclude that the Department of Finance & Institutions Rumah Amal generally applies an excellent performance model with a human capital focus based on 12 human capital performance criteria.
