Abstract
Article present how to desaign a warehouse system that pose challenge in a retail industry which was bared on cost efficiency while the market expects fashionable new product regularly. it required effective supply chain system. in this case, the new warehousing system was designed to cope with double growth within a short period of time (3 to 10 shops within 12 months) with financing and other supporting infrastructure constrains.
