Abstract

The trend of e-commerce users in Indonesia has grown quite large in recent years. The development of e-commerce is also triggered by the variety of online product and service offerings that are innovative, attractive, easy, and effective. One sector that has benefited from the development of technology and information is the tourism sector. A good opportunity to create a new business model in the hotel accommodation sector is VHO or Virtual Hotel Operator. The existence of VHO in Indonesia is increasing every year and is getting more and more interesting and favored by the public. This phenomenon makes various VHO concepts or business models appear, one of which is lodging with a capsule hotel concept that participates in enlivening the VHO market. This study aims to determine and analyze whether Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease of Use and Service Quality have a direct or indirect effect on Intention to Reuse through Customer Satisfaction (a case study on a Bobobox digital-based capsule hotel). The population of the research is people who know and have used the services of Bobobox in the last 6 months. The research method uses a quantitative method, with a sample of 100 respondents, the data analysis technique uses Path Analysis. The hypothesis was tested using the Path Analysis method. From the results of the Path Analysis, it shows that there is an influence of Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Ease of Use through Customer Satisfaction in influencing Reuse Intention. The results of Path Analysis also show that there is no influence of Service Quality on Intention to Reuse through Customer Satisfaction.
