Abstract
During the Pandemic, as currently, economic conditions in various countries are experiencing a rapid decline due to restrictions on social activities to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus or this activity is usually called PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions) or PPKM (Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities). ). Especially in Indonesia, many large and small companies have been affected by the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Based on the problems above, this study wants to analyze the relationship of the impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic to government incentive assistance for MSMEs in Bangka-Belitung. This study aims to see the impact of the COVID-19 virus pandemic. In this study, the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach was used which was assisted by using SmartPLS Software to determine the relationship between variables. From the results of the calculation of the hypothesis in this study, the results of the hypothesis were obtained, namely the results of Reject Ho1 because To1>Ta = 3.624 <1.985 where the impact given by the pandemic had to make MSME actors make considerations of the characteristics of the industry/business they were living as an example of the impact of the pandemic felt by the perpetrators. MSMEs, namely a decrease in turnover, MSME actors can make sales with an online system (using e-commerce). Then in hypothesis 2, it is found that Reject Ho2 is because To2>Ta = 4,900<1,985 where the impact of the pandemic makes MSME actors experience difficulties in carrying out their business processes, therefore MSME actors also hope for assistance from the local government so that the business processes of MSME actors in the Bangka-Bangka Belitung can continue its business processes more productively. Then in hypothesis 3, it is obtained Accept Ho3 because To3 < Ta = 1.602 < 1.985 where industry characteristics do not affect the expectations of MSME actors to get incentive assistance from the government. The alpha value (Ttable) in the three hypotheses above is 0.05 with 98 degrees of freedom. Then the R square value for the industrial characteristics variable is 1.112 and the R square value of the expected incentive assistance variable is 1.184, which means that the relationship between endogenous and exogenous variables is low too, which means means that there are other factors that influence the characteristics of the industry and the expected incentive assistance in this study.
