Abstract

Terror in the form of efforts vandalism public life often use religion in the process of justification of a base. This study uses a qualitative approach normative concept. The results of the study explained that the devastation they cause not only physical damage but also undermine the values and joints human values. This destruction may result from the failure of the religious understanding of design by eliminating human values. The laws of religion and state is interpreted at a glance without having a full understanding. It is necessary for re-expressing ideas Hamka thought in seeing the dialogical relationship between the positive interaction of man with God and with fellow human beings. This is necessary as a form of refreshment will be constructive values in religion to build civilized man.
